Professional Adaptability in Turbulent Times: Keeping Off of Auto Pilot
Presented by:
Dale Kreienkamp
President, Thriving Through Transitions

While the last several months has featured broad, wide-spread disruption, organizational turbulence occurs frequently and requires HR's support. These high stress times provide an opportunity for HR professionals to grow professionally and enhance their status within the organization by adapting to meet the changing needs. These are times HR needs to show up and be counted on, but not as the compliance police. Are you ready? Do you know what to focus on, what to hold on to and what to change? Can you remain calm while facilitating difficult and often emotional conversations? Do you want to be part of the conversations shaping strategy, or do you prefer reacting to decisions others have made? Learn tips that will help you adapt, grow professionally, and enhance your status within the organization.

Participants will learn:

  • skills that will prepare you to successfully navigate times of change
  • ways to influence senior leaders during change
  • how to help your team re-think HR strategies
  • tips to help you shape organizational communication

This session has been approved for 1.25 hours of SHRM and HRCI Recertification Credit.
