Katie Magoon has over 20 years of human resources experience including a Fortune 200 company. In 2016, she launched People Solutions Center an HR consulting firm for small to mid-size companies. She was recently recognized as a Finalist for Most Innovative Company for the 2019 Business Excellence Awards and a Finalist for Best HR Organization in 2020. She’s been a presenter for several state level SHRM conferences and many SHRM chapters across the country. She currently serves as the VP of Diversity and Workforce Readiness for SHRM of Greater St. Louis and is the past VP of Development for the chapter.
