SHRM of Greater St. Louis is expanding our reach to better connect with current chapter members and other HR professionals in the Franklin County area by hosting a Legal Update event on May 31st at 8:00 am. 

Attendees will have a chance to network with each other over a light breakfast at 8:00 a.m., followed at 8:30 a.m. with a presentation from employment lawyer John Marino. His discussion will include recent updates on new legislation out of Washington D.C., labor union developments, and other need-to-know topics for Missouri employers. This event is open to members and non-members.

John Marino is a Partner at McMahon Berger who represents management in all facets of labor and employment law, including before the NLRB on cases involving unfair labor practice charges, challenges to elections, and post-election conduct.
