She translates business challenges into people strategies that strengthen organizations.
 
She’s worked regionally, nationally, and internationally across multiple industries: marketing research, IT, banking, eLearning, healthcare, public relations, manufacturing, telecommunications, public utilities, and nonprofits. She’s also an engaging speaker and workshop presenter. Her book, Constellations for Leading Organization Change, was published in September 2024.
