This interactive webinar will cover all things related to rolling out, maintaining and updating Employee Handbooks. Topics and issues that will be covered include general considerations regarding creating and rolling out handbooks and specific workplace policies, which key policies should be updated and how often, the types of rules and policies that often need to be re-evaluated, and more!

Sam Newman is an attorney in the Ogletree Deakins St. Louis office where his practice primarily focuses on representing employers in lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, trade secrets, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating at the state and federal level, Sam represents employers in pre-litigation matters before administrative agencies and provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting handbooks, personnel policies, and other employment-related documents.
