In 2016, Chris Hoffmann and his brother purchased the family company from their father. At this time, the company did $10M of revenue and delivered 3 key services in St. Louis. Fast forward to today and revenue is over $150M. Two additional companies have been acquired. Service offerings are up to 7, and the locations now include Nashville and Denver. With all this growth and change, Chris says there are three things that keep him up at night: culture, culture, and culture.
In this insightful keynote, Chris shares his vision and leadership philosophy on cultivating a thriving organizational culture. Hoffmann Brothers, a company renowned for its customer service excellence and employee satisfaction, owes much of its success to the core values instilled throughout the organization and built upon by Chris’ father, Robert. Chris will discuss the importance of fostering a culture centered on teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement and experimentation. He will share personal anecdotes, practical strategies, and actionable advice on creating an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to achieve their full potential. He will also share some of the mistakes along the way!

Chris Hoffmann serves as the CEO at HB Solutions Group, which operates a family of service companies to include Hoffmann Brothers, Ferguson Roofing, and Blue Sky. Prior to joining HB Solutions Group, Chris served as an intelligence officer in the United States Marine Corps, leaving active duty in 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Louis University, an MBA from Olin (2016), and a Masters of Legal Studies (MLS) from Washington University School of Law (2018). Chris is a member of both Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Tugboat Institute and also serves on the Board of Directors of Nexstar Network, Hawkins Service Company, and Florida Energy Water & Air. Chris lives in Saint Louis with his wife, Teresa, and two daughters, Penelope (5) and Isabel (1).
