As we’re entering the era of intelligence (combining AI & humans), workplaces are experiencing what’s being called “the great detachment.” According to Gallup, people are feeling more disconnected from their workplaces as job satisfaction falls to record lows and job seeking surges. We are essentially trying to run new programs using an outdated operating system which is causing our systems to keep crashing. It’s time to consider implementing a significant update and upgrading our Human Operating System to better support the humans in our workplaces.
Join this session to discover why stress, constant change, and outdated work practices are triggering trauma at record rates and significantly impacting people’s performance and wellbeing. We will explore the 4 pillars of peak performing people and cultures that are foundational to supporting human performance. With a solid foundation, we can then identify and implement better ways of working, being, and living that produces positive outcomes for people and organizations.
Objectives:
- Understand how the current climate combined with outdated work practices has increased the instances of traumas being triggered and thereby negatively impacting people’s performance and wellbeing.
- Learn about the four pillars of peak performance (capabilities, consciousness, competence, capacity) and their importance to ensuring people and organizations are fully equipped to navigate the current challenges in the world today.
- Discover ways to transform outdated work practices into approaches that foster greater coherence, creativity, compassion, and courage to enable healthier and more effective ways of working and living.
- Identify actionable steps you can take to upgrade your work practices and optimize your human operating system for peak performance.
