From Compliance to Culture: Making HR Part of the Equation
Presented by:
Rhonda Travers
Travers Training & Consulting
Are you included in strategic conversations—or brought in after decisions are already made? Many HR professionals find themselves stuck in reactive mode, managing compliance issues, policy shifts, and employee concerns as they arise, rather than helping shape the culture and direction of the organization.
In this session you will learn practical tools to connect compliance and risk to business priorities, communicate with greater confidence, and strengthen relationships with executive leaders so HR is not just supporting the strategy, but part of the equation.
Takeaways:
- Learn how to translate compliance and risk into culture-shaping insights that align with organizational priorities
- Build stronger relationships with executive leadership that position HR as a trusted, strategic partner
- Navigate conversations with clarity, composure, and influence that strengthens collaboration and shapes culture
