Presented by:
Leslie Tolliver, JD, SHRM-CP

Neurodiversity—encompassing conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more—is an essential dimension of workplace diversity that is often misunderstood or overlooked. This session explores how organizations can move beyond awareness to create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. Attendees will gain insight into the strengths neurodivergent employees bring, as well as the barriers they may face in traditional workplace structures.

Through practical strategies and real-world examples, this session will highlight how inclusive practices benefit not only neurodivergent employees but entire teams. Participants will leave with actionable ideas for fostering a culture that values different ways of thinking, improves collaboration, and drives innovation.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify common strengths and challenges associated with neurodivergent conditions
  • Recognize barriers to inclusion in hiring, communication, and workplace design
