Communicating With Influence: Unlocking Your Potential to Impact Others
Presented by:
Laura Scheidhauer
President/Owner
LHS Consulting, LLC

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, we have never been more connected—and yet, paradoxically, we’re feeling more disconnected. As leaders, it’s essential to build meaningful connections that inspire collaboration, strengthen teamwork, and drive success. Whether it’s in our professional roles, peer relationships, or personal lives, genuine influence is built on trust and effective communication. But how do we foster accountability and achieve ambitious goals without demoralizing the team— and instead influence them to achieve what might seem impossible?

This transformative workshop will equip you with the tools to build strong, trust-based relationships within your team and organization. Through examples and simple visual tools, you'll learn to use effective communication as the foundation for leadership influence and team success. Apply your insights to communicate with intentionality, strengthen team dynamics, improve collaboration, and enhance overall performance, building a culture of Champions.

What You Will Gain:

  • Understand the significance of healthy team communication.
  • Identify your personal communication tendencies and their impact on your team.
  • Learn how to build trust and foster healthier, more effective relationships with your team.
  • Identify key barriers to building influence and effective communication.
  • Create a personal development plan to apply actionable strategies to elevate your influence and strengthen your team’s performance.

Their belief and encouragement reignited her confidence and reminded her of the power of being seen, valued, and called up to something greater.
