We appreciate your understanding and flexibility with this last-minute change. We're hopeful we'll have the opportunity to welcome our originally scheduled speaker at a future meeting and look forward to sharing those details when available.

Critical Thinking in the Age of AI
Presented by
Dr. Kevin Mabie
Dale Carnegie Missouri
AI and technology are helping organizations move faster — but the real question is whether our judgment is keeping up. Dale Carnegie’s latest research found that while 50% of employees reported training in technology use, only 20% reported development in critical thinking. Join this one-hour thought leadership discussion to examine how leaders can think differently about judgment, accountability, and decision quality in an AI-enabled world.
Join us to gain valuable insights on:
- Why critical thinking is shifting from an individual skill to an organizational capability.
- How AI and automation are increasing decision speed while raising the risk of rework, misalignment, and costly mistakes.
- What leaders should be thinking about now to protect judgment, accountability, and decision quality.
For more than 26 years, the work of Dr. Kevin Mabie has centered on a simple but powerful question: What brings out the best in people? His professional journey includes 17 years as a teacher and school administrator, followed by more than nine years as a trainer and consultant, partnering with organizations across North America. He develops leaders and strengthens teams, and he has learned that extraordinary leadership isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating environments where people feel valued, challenged, and inspired to contribute their very best. Dr. Mabie believes that when we approach others with curiosity, humility, and purpose, better conversations become better relationships, and better relationships produce extraordinary results.
