This three-session virtual series is designed for application, not observation. Participants will use AI on real HR challenges, examine how it's changing the way people learn and grow in their roles, and work through decisions their organizations are already making without clear standards. Each session builds from action to awareness to accountability, ending with a specific next move participants can take within 72 hours.

Ashley Johnson is a Principal HR Business Partner with over 22 years of experience supporting complex workforces and executive leadership. She serves as Co-Director of Workforce Development for SHRM St. Louis, where she focuses on helping HR professionals respond to how AI is already changing their work. Ashley uses AI every day as a thinking partner, not to replace judgment, but to strengthen it. She has built tools, systems, and strategies through real-time problem solving rather than formal training, and is known for helping HR professionals move from hesitation to action, starting with the work already on their desk.
