About Our Speakers
Robin Wood is the Human Resources Manager for Beltservice Corporation. Robin joined Beltservice in January 2015 bringing experience from both professional services and manufacturing corporations including labor relations, workers' compensation, safety compliance and OSHA.

She brings over 25 years of successful experience in Human Resources. She has broad and deep experience in all facets of Human Resources and has worked with companies in various fields such as manufacturing, HR consulting, healthcare, non-profits, real estate, and mechanical contracting.

She is a graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Behavioral Sciences. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation (SHRM-SCP). As a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is an active member and volunteer of the SHRM of Greater St. Louis chapter.

Erika Plumlee is a Human Resources Manager at Lyons Blow Molding. Over the last four years, she has focused on building a positive work culture through employee engagement, retention and development activities. Prior to this role she was involved with program development, implementation and research in the human service arena in Kansas. Outside of work, Erika enjoys running, bike riding, roasting coffee, and trying new local restaurants.

Erika has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Kansas State University and a Master's Degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Kansas. She also holds the SHRM-CP certification and is an active member of the SHRM St. Louis Chapter.
