About Our Speaker
Shekar NV is a recognized industry leader in the field of Workforce Planning and the new discipline of Talent Analytics. He has over a decade and a half of experience in working with executive team members at several of the world's most prestigious companies like Accenture, HP, Marriott and Capital One.

Prior to his role at Willis Towers Watson, Shekar led Accenture's Talent Innovation Lab and Talent Analytics team growing it from a team of one to over 100+ resources and filed for three patents. Shekar's areas of focus include:

• Workforce Planning & Labor Optimization
• Predictive Talent Analytics in all areas of HR (including Diversity Analytics)
• HR Data Strategy, Reporting & Dashboards
• Talent Strategy and Talent Management

Shekar has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Vanderbilt University, USA. He is a frequent speaker at HR Analytics conferences and is guest speaker at UVA's HR Analytics workshop. He has been interviewed by CEB for Talent Analytics quarterly magazine and by Visier for their Clarity magazine.
