SHRMSTL March 30, 2021 HR Department of One Toolbox Series Webinar
Does your HR system cause you frustrations? Do you think it might need additional functionality or to be replaced? Join Ken Ketsenburg and Erika Plumlee during the first session of a two part series guiding you through the steps and insights into a successful system redesign or replacement with best practices and repeatable actions. The second session in late April will focus on input from our panelists related to implementation, items to consider that no one talks about and other helpful hints.
In the first session we will be covering the following topics:
- Analyzing the gaps in your current HRIS system
- Identifying key stakeholders and engaging them in the gap analysis process
- Building a business case for your system redesign or replacement.
This session has been approved for 1.0 hour of SHRM and HRCI Certification Credit.
Our Speakers
Erika Plumlee is a Human Resources Manager at Lyons Blow Molding. Over the last five years, she has focused on aligning business strategy with people strategy through talent acquisition, building a positive work culture, employee engagement and organizational alignment. Prior to this role she was involved with program development, implementation and research in the human service arena in Kansas.
Erika has a Master’s Degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Kansas. She also holds the SHRM-CP certification and is an active member of the SHRM St. Louis Chapter.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys running, bike riding, roasting coffee, and exploring local restaurants.
Ken Ketsenburg is a seasoned sales professional at ADP with 20 years of focus in the HR technology arena helping organizations acquire the needed solutions while navigating financial, technical and competing internal organizational interest. Prior to HR Technology, he had spent numerous years in the IT world with Computer Associates and EMC/Dell.
Ken has a BSBA from University of Missouri – St. Louis and is an active member of the St. Louis SHRM Chapter.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys bike riding, lifting weights, live music and Cardinal Baseball.
