Innovative Approaches to Supporting Employee's Mental Health Needs
Stress, burnout and other mental health concerns employees may experience are not new issues. However, after dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic for a year and a half now, as well as the recent surge in cases again due to the variant, the workforce is even more stressed out and anxious than ever before. Employers need to continue to acknowledge and address the various related challenges their employees are facing. Providing the EAP information just might not cut it. Join us for a panel discussion on how companies can take different and innovative approaches to supporting the mental health needs of their workers. We will have multiple perspectives on the topic including a mental health professional, HR and wellness practitioner, and benefits partners.
