Putting the Human Back in Human Resources

The pandemic and other events in the last 18 months have led employers to have a renewed focus on the "human" component of human resources. Employees cannot always leave their personal lives at the door, and it's important to understand the holistic view of what challenges they may be experiencing so companies and HR teams know how to best support them. Join us for a panel discussion on ways to achieve this shift of emphasis on the employee as a whole. Our panelists will share various approaches their companies took to do this including any challenges and successes they encountered. Each panelist has unique experience that will provide actionable items to take with you and develop in your organizations.
